Join us for a guilt-free eavesdropping experience while seated in a replica of an old carriage house recreated inside Prologue Theatre’s rehearsal space in Arlington, VA.
ABOUT THE PLAY: When married couple Adelaide and Jasper finally get a night out, away from their kids, their evening at The Horse & Carriage unfolds in unexpected ways that they will never forget. The play runs approximately 90 minutes with no intermission and is geared for audience members age 16+. Audience seating will be at tables and chairs, just like you are a patron of The Horse & Carriage along with our characters. Seating will begin 30 minutes prior to show time; due to the nature of the production, there will be no late seating. WHEN & WHERE ARE THE PERFORMANCES? Prologue Theatre's rehearsal space at 6408 Williamsburg Blvd, Arlington, VA (the Williamsburg Shopping Center) is the venue for this intimate theatrical event. Conveniently located approximately a mile from Route 66 and the East Falls Church Metro Station, there is ample free parking in the plaza when you arrive. There are 12 performances during this limited run - weekday evenings, weekend matinees and evenings, a week day matinee, AND one special performance that includes a Trivia Night. |

Where is Prologue Theatre's Rehearsal Space?

What is the entry to the space like?
There are steps to access the front door of the performance venue, and there is an additional entrance is available for anyone requiring a non-stair entry. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected] or leave a message at 703-382-8012 and we will call you back.
Are you selling food and drinks?
We are not selling food or drinks for regular performances. Our special performance, on December 17, which includes a Trivia Night experience for the audience will have drinks, snacks, and dessert as part of the ticketed evening. There are several places to get drinks, snacks, or a full meal in the plaza across the street from the venue including Deli Italiano, Haute Dogs, Peking Pavilion, and a 7-Eleven as well as the CVS located in our plaza, and the drive thru Starbucks on Langston Blvd.
How will the seating work?
Audience seating will be at tables and chairs, just like you are a patron of The Horse & Carriage along with our characters. When you book your ticket you are choosing your preferred seating style for the performance (standard-height or bar-height); the actual table and chair you sit at for the performance will be determined by you when you arrive. Seating will begin 30 minutes prior to the performance's start time. So, the closer you arrive to the start of seating, the more personal choice you will have for your seating.
Performances will begin promptly; due to the nature of the production, there will be no late seating.

Tickets to all performances, (with the exception of the special performance on December 17) are $50. This is inclusive of online processing fees and regardless of the seating type you choose to purchase.
For the December 17 special performance, which begins with an hour long trivia night and includes drinks, snacks, and dessert tickets costs $70.
