This year's FOREWORD series has concluded and we are so grateful to the teams from all three workshops for the collaboration and commitment to these new works! Prologue's mission is to use theatre as the starting point for conversations and new plays give us the chance to not only have timely conversations but also
to think and talk about what’s currently happening around us and around the world and how that impacts the work, regardless of its subject matter. Without a strong developmental process, new plays end up being created in a vacuum, without the opportunity for artistic collaboration that challenges and enhances the work—and the conversations it creates.
